It depends what moves you're looking to give her. She has equal base attack and special attack stats, but I was lacking a special attacker in my team so personally went with a modest nature (+Sp. Attack, - Attack) and gave her all special moves (Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Shadow Ball, Confuse Ray) Confuse Ray was just to annoy, all other moves received a STAB bonus which added to her power. I then EV trained with 252 in Sp. Attack and 128 both Defence and Sp. Defence so she was able to take a few hits, as well as hit back hard. She's pretty speedy anyhow, but you could go for a 252 Sp. Attack, 252 Speed build to make her super quick. It's up to you what you do though, if you plan on using her as a physical attacker I'd recommend you go with Adamant instead of modest (+Attack, - Special Attack). :)

Are you looking to trade back, or keep it? If you want to keep it then just to let you know it's Lv. 54, and I haven't trained it so all EV's are still at 0 if you want to EV train. :)
