Put your spoiler here.
4 HP / 252 SA / 252 Spe
Several things probably look weird here so I'll explain those first. 1) Focus Sash and Recover?? Yes. Focus sash is here for anything that is faster and can one hit KO me. This way I am guaranteed to get off at least on move that can be game changing. Very few things are faster than Latias though. Recover is for anything that is weaker that can't even 2hko, which is quite surprisingly a lot of stuff. Between Flash and charm, it is easy to recover back up to full health and keep focus sash intact in case of emergencies. 2) 252 SA evs and no special moves?? Yeah, it would go better into HP for this guy, but I only have one latias from HG and I also want to use him as a Sweeper and such. I really haven't missed HP Evs at all to be honest. Never seemed to make a difference. Onto the set. This is one of those guys who helps the others set up yada yada this was talked about before. Flash lowers accuracy and charm lowers attack, so physical attackers will do near nothing. It's a beautiful combo. I wish there was a good move for lowering SA but the only reliable moves that do struggle bug and snarl (unavailable I believe atm?) of which no one noteworthy learns. (bug set up would add to fire weakness making it impossible to get ferrothorn in) Thunder wave is always first move of chose. And it has never affected ferrothorn's gyro ball because at +6 and ferrothorn is so slow that it is at full power even against the slow walls. Timid so I outspeed as much as possible.
Problems encountered: Flygon and Garchomp. Both have been faster than latias (not the greatest speed IV unfortunately, but this thing was a pain to catch, a giant pain.) Charm is useless on Garchomp because it swords dance and got its boosts and was too bulky to be killed by any of my unboosted moves. Flygon Fire Blast hit ferrothorn every time at -1 accuracy as I set up sub after sub. Suicune couldn't burn it with scald and got critted. The problem with these two guys especially is that they present a way to immediately threaten latias with their dragon stabs and can't be paralyzed because of their ground typing. Also those were reasons for both of my losses at the same streak. Two separate battles... still not over it...
Ice: Suicune resists
Dragon: Ferrothorn resists
Dark: Ferrothron resists
Ghost: Ferrothorn resists
Bug: no resists : (
Solution: Replace Recover with dragon pulse / Draco Meteor. Are these threats really that significant? Pulse/ Meteor would present a way to immediately eliminate those two (I think, hopefully I have enough power to ohko) If not Pulse / Meteor, Ice Beam would have the added benefit of hitting ground types also slightly harder than dragon pulse (and freeze...). But my other members handle ground types well so probably not Ice beam.

This thing is amazing! It is super bulky, but hits even harder than suicune imo. It has wonderful typing. It has so many resistances to set up on. Substitute prevents crits, unwanted status and whatever else it wants to block. Curse Is a great move since all three benefit. Attack and defense raise making me even harder to break and speed lowered only increasing gyro ball's power. Leech Seed helps me regain health while I set up. I don't see the need of rest as I don't want to be sitting there for two turns. Toxic isn't a concern as I am steel and burn isn't much of a concern either because I would not try boosting on a fire type and I resist scald anyways. Never have been burned. Flame body could( but in the process I faint that fire type with gyro ball taking out there second poke( first poke was set up on and taken out by gyro ball), but by then they only have one pokemon left and I can just leech seed if need be and stall. Gyro ball is my mono attack. I wish it had more than 8 pp, but this move hits so hard. You have to try it to believe it. Evs are simple. HP and SD are to help me set up on any moves I resist on the special side, since I will be boosting my defense I want my SD to be as high as possible. Sassy (or whatever nature is + SD, - Speed) is again to increase my SD and make me as slow as possible to power up gyro ball.

This is another beautiful pokemon. It is bulky, but it is also fast allowing me to make a sub before status move. Substitute does the same thing, blocks crits, status, splash, etc. Calm mind is my boosting move of choice. Rest is a move I have rarely used if ever, but I can see its usefulness in case of toxic or powerful moves that continually break my sub. With Rest, Substitute, and Pressure, I can stall out any low PP move with sub x4, rest, sub again until out of move. This also is a rarity as usually latias is able to make it impossible for me to even be touched. Scald is a fine move. It's added chance of burn has helped me nab 1hko and 2hko on things that have the ability to survive +6 Scald, which surprisingly is a lot. Scald also thaws me from being frozen which is always a great bonus, so my sweeps won't be ruined by freeze. Evs and nature make me as bulky as possible on the physical side as I boost my special side with CM. Chesto berry allows me to rest back to full health if I need too and immediatly wake, which prevents me from being a sitting duck for two turns being able to be easily critted. Also chesto helps in stalling out low pp moves. Pressure is so great as it helps me stall out any water absorb pokemon.
Electric: Ferrothorn and Latias resist
Grass: Latias and Ferrothorn resist
So just replace recover with trick. Which brings me to my next point.
I do not understand how to use trick on the battle subway. Everything I trick switches out (usually to something very threatening to my team) and I'm left there unable to attack or setup on them. I lost on a pathetic 13 streak, which is just terrible. I do not understand what I am not doing right and am getting mega-annoyed. You look at all these other trick-cripple teams, and I do not understand how they go so high if everything switches next turn... This is so demotivating...
