This is basically just a non competitive team for me and my friends, but I don't know how to maximize which moves to use. Here is the information, yes I'm aware that the natures will not be all that great, but like I said, it's non competitive so that doesn't bother me much.
Slaking @ Razor Fang (Quirky)
-Giga Impact/Hyper Beam
Note: I'm aiming to get a Choice Brand and Slaking needs a LOT of work
Gardevoir @ Wise Glasses (Hasty)
-Energy Ball or Hypnosis
-Shadow Ball or Dream Eater
Not sure how good Calm mind is too keep around due to the HP, but I'm not sure if anything but Reflect would be better
Gyarados @ Splash Plate (Relaxed)
-Waterfall or Aqua Tail
Skarmory @ Quick Claw (Hasty)
Note: About as cookie cutter as I could get, but it seems useful. Item advice is needed as is a replacement for Night Slash or Payback if there is one, though with Payback note that Quick Claw would be removed.
Blissey @ Not Sure (Rash)
Note: I need a lot of advice on how to run my Blissey since Seismic Toss is out of the question. As well as item advice
Flygon @ Shell Bell (Calm) w/ Levitate
Once again I need item help and move set help.
Any assisstance would be greatly appreciated because as most people will probably be able to see, this team needs a lot of work. Blissey could also be subbed out for Snorlax as well, just as a side note.
EDIT: Also I forgot to mention that of the people who I usually battle, they ALWAYS attack, which is why I don't have many stat raising moves.

Posted in: Competitive Battling (4th Gen)Quote from I EV TRAIN »Slaking can't set up with Truant, so CB goes without saying, and SD won't work.
CB FP does around 70% to standard skarm, so there's no point in using his mediocre Satk stat. That and Earthquake has very little type coverage.
GigaImpact/HyperBeam always suck. Seriously. (I don't care if you have an opinion, read the sticky and accept it as fact. There's maybe 2 pokemon that can pull it off, and even then it's still not the best choice) The only good suicide move is Explosion, and even that is somewhat situational.
What is CB?

HP wise you'd basically have to pick Snorlax, or Slaking I suppose.Posted in: Competitive Battling (4th Gen)

I don't even need to keep it, all I really need is to see the Gligar and I can work something out on the GTS.Posted in: Wifi Trading (5th Gen)

Preferably Level 1, but it doesn't really matter. I don't have a whole lot to offer, but I really would like a Gligar. If you want something send me a PM with what you think would be fair for a Gligar or just leave me a message here.Posted in: Wifi Trading (5th Gen)
I can definitly offer Eevee's, Omanite, and Kubuto, as well as a few others. Anyone who helps out would be greatly appreciated.

Really? I guess I got confused because I usually keep mine with a Flying move for good variety. Still I find it to be a bit more useful over a pure flying type.

I've always enjoyed Flygon.Posted in: Pokémon Diamond, Pearl & Platinum

When does Skarmory learn Spikes? And Drill peck is definitly worth it, right? I could try to breen something with it to get that move.Posted in: Pokémon Diamond, Pearl & Platinum

Pearl, everyone has Diamond so Pearl exclusives might be easier to trade.Posted in: Pokémon Diamond, Pearl & Platinum
