I finished the 5 trial matches and I must say certain surprises that occured.
-Tangrowth surprisingly was able to use its massive Physical bulk to its advantage and was
able to dispatch flying types easily but had problems against Special Sweepers
-Aerodactyl was frail losing to Jolteon,Starmie,Froslass, and Archeops.
-Chandelure was a weapon of mass destruction it would destroy opponents with it's moves
and would survive thanks to its bulk.

I've decided that I'm keeping most of my team members but I'm putting Tangrowth on probation.Posted in: Competitive Rate-My-Team (5th Gen)
If Tangrowth is the cause for several problems than she has to go. However if I find she has a use then
she gets to stay. I must say Tangrowth is the swiss army knife of Pure Grass types. I'm also gonna do a trial
run for my team against several opponents and I will see how I perform. I'll let you know how it goes.

My favorite is definitely Johto since I love how it limits your restrictions and you can just roam around. My least favorite is Hoenn especially considering the fact that most of the time you'll be surfing on a seemingly endless sea....Posted in: Pokémon General

Okay I fixed it up:Posted in: Competitive Rate-My-Team (5th Gen)
I'm trying to make a team for competitive battling but I'm trying to limit the 4th and 5th Gen Pokemon though
My Team Is:
Description:Chandelure is the main member of my team. I'm gonna be making use
of its monstrous Special Attack stat and use it primarily as a Special Sweeper.
EVS:252 Special Atk 252 Speed
-Energy Ball:Is primarily used to take out whatever would normally have a strong attack on Chandelure.
-Shadow Ball:One of the STAB attacks and comes with a chance to decrease Special Defense.
-Flamethrower:The strongest STAB attack and has a chance to burn as well.
-Hyper Beam:Is for whatever the other moves won't be able to take out.
Description:Tangrowth is a mixed attacker but I'm mainly using her physical attack to
knock out most of its foes.
EVS:252 Special Attack 252 Special Defense:
-Power Whip/Energy Ball:Are Tangrowth's main STAB, one is powerful the other is accurate.
-Earthquake:Can be used to take out fire, steel, poison and electric types...
Toxic:Is a great attack to stall against opponents.
-Rock Slide:Can also be used to take out weaknesses such as fire, flying, and bugs.
Description:Aerodactyl is mainly there to be a physical sweeper having the attack and speed necessary
to do so. Its mainly there to get quick and strong hits in.
EVs: 252 Attack 252 Speed
Nature: Any Neutral
-Earthquake:Can get great coverage on electric and rock types but not much else.
-Stone Edge:Strong STAB to go with its great attack stat.
-Sky Drop/Thunder Fang:Both have advantages and disadvantages. Thunder Fang is good for water types but Sky Drop can stall for one turn.
-Dragon Claw:Since Aerodactyl will be able to outspeed most dragons this is a great way to get the first hit in.
Description:Magnezone has two functions it can take alot of hits even supereffective ones with not too much trouble
and it also has a very nice Special Attack to strike back hard.
EVs:252 Special Attack 252 Speed
-Thunder Bolt:Is the primary STAB and has a chance for paralysis as well.
-Flash Cannon:Is the secondary STAB and can help against rock types...
-Signal Beam/Volt Switch:Both provide a different strategy to battles and can give it more coverage or a switch in.
-Magnet Rise:Gives it an immunity for 5 turns that mould normally be 4x effective..
Description:Cloyster is similar to Magnezone except for the fact that it has less Attacking power but alot
more Defense, its ability makes up for its low attacking power
EVS:252 Attack 252 Speed
-Shell Smash:Lowers the monstrous Defense and the low Special Defense but severly boosts the Attacking stats and speed.
-Rock Blast:Gives it better coverage against several foes and will deal an amazing 125 damages thanks to its ability.
-Icicle Spear:STAB + 125+=Stronger than Blizzard with accuracy attack that will OHKO several opponents.
-Razor Shell:Is Cloyster's strongest water type physical STAB move.
Description:Machamp has great stats all around with the exception of its special attack and its speed, its ability is where
it shines giving accuracy to crazy low accurate moves.
EVs:Attack 252 Speed 252
-Dynamic Punch:Can be devastating and causes confusiont's obviously Machamp's best STAB move in the game and 100% accuracy thanks to No Guard.
-Stone Edge:Its a strong now always accurate move that can cause some serious damage to Flying types.
-Low Sweep:Another STAB move that lowers the foe's speed and allows Machamp to outspeed it.
-Earthquake/Ice Punch/Bullet Punch:All three moves are there mainly for coverage, however Bullet Punch is a prioty move which can come in handy..
So I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to improve and what moves or team members to switch
