I just started a Gen 4 Nuzlocke, too. Ermagerd. Now I'm like, going through these forums, looking for Nuzlockes, and stalking people to see how far they've made it in theirs. Good luck, man. Good luck. Let us know how it goes~!

I think an Ice/Fighting/Flying triangle would be kind of neat; it think it would be a bit of a challenge since they have so many weaknesses. Of course, final evolutions would have a second typing, like maybe adding the Grass/Fire/Water on the final evolution.

That sounds really fun, me and my little brother do that every now and then. I want to restart my Black 2, though I haven't beaten it yet. I'm at Victory Road. I like to play through the game quickly, then restart once I know where everything is. However, I don't always have WiFi at home, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to trade all the time. Are you still looking for someone to restart with you? :D

Ermagerd, that trailer. If the anime looked like that, then I'd be watching it every day. Unfortunately, they're still reusing frames, finding missing Pokemon, and being extremely predictable in the anime. A little tragedy or drama would do the show good, but I suppose it is for children. Sigh... no offense, to those who love the anime and its many flaws. I still hold the Indigo League close to my heart. < 3

Yeah, I totally understand preferring one gender because of the new aesthetic changes. Like, I can't stand the female Pikachu and Raichu revamps. Ugh, the tail just-... I hate it, especially on Raichu. Looks like someone cut off a chunk of its tail. ;w; And I don't remember which gender of Shinx it is, but one has a light blue back foot, which is just adorable.

Gender doesn't really matter, honestly. There used to be a rumor when Gold and Silver came out that if you played as a male and had female Pokemon, their Defense would be higher. If you were a female with male Pokemon, their Attack would be higher. I'm pretty much sure that it was only a rumor, though.
My little brother oftentimes prefers his "pretty" Pokemon to be female, ie- Milotic, Serperior, Gardevior, or Gothitelle, and his masculine Pokemon to be male, like Machamp or Emboar. But he does pay attention to natures and such, so I guess it's just a personal preference.
I personally try to keep three of each, or at least an even or close to even ratio simply because of moves like Attract. Uggh. But it really doesn't make a difference, kids will proclaim that whatever gender they are is the strongest, but they usually grow out of it. You know, the whole "girls are icky and weak" and "boys are gross and have cooties." Haha, or at least that's what it makes me think of. -

I do understand some things, such as certain moves working. You have to keep in mind that some things that are true in the games wouldn't make much sense in the anime, like how a Pokemon is often times considered defeated if it get paralyzed in the anime. In the games, it can still fight through it, but if a flesh and blood creature was paralyzed by electrical shocks, it wouldn't be able to move. I understand that much.
There are two errors that have continually cracked me up, though. In the Johto episode where Brock found a baby Stantler, Ash made this super happy :D face of surprise, and it stayed like that for almost ten seconds while Brock was talking, even when the scene was over. So funny. Everyone else was calm, but Ash was still... REALLY EXCITED TO SEE THAT STANTLER.
And in the first Pokemon movie, when the shadows of Pokemon are passing by and Jessie and James are naming them off, they see what is CLEARLY a Scyther and shout "Alakazam!" x'D -

I appreciate it. I guess I'll toughen up its defenses and then raise it's Attack and Sp. Attack with support moves. Perhaps I can make it into a tank. Thanks so much for your input~! ;D

Aww, I'm so tired of seeing Cynthia everywhere. She really was one of my least favorite champions... Steven is my favorite
because I am a huge fan-girl, but I'd like to see Gary Oak even if he wasn't really a champion in the anime. I wish the people who wrote the show knew how many more people would watch it if they would include Richie and other old rivals. -

Totally have to agree with you there, that was one of my favorite parts. It was unique and clever, and it's a real shame they took it out. I hope that doesn't subtract from the game as a whole, though. Maybe they let you make some choices in game that effect the events depending on what you choose or something like that, I think that would be pretty cool to see in a Pokemon game.
