I love how it's color scheme shifts when it goes in and out of battle.

Fantastic design! That ability makes me want to put together an all dark pokemon team.

If there's a mega Vaporeon, Espeon, or Umbreon I must have it, if not I'm still really excited based on what has been shown so far. Can't wait to try out Mega Charizard X and Mega Venusaur :D

Corocoro magazine in Japan has also officially revealed mega agron, mega gengar, mega tyrannitar, and mega Kangaskhan(old news but it's officially been revealed at least now), sounds like that's only the tip of the ice berg too, looking forward to seeing just how long the list of mega's gets.

if you look through the threads there is a mega evolution one, it's not a complete list yet but on the play-through so far mega gyarados has been encountered, it is water/dark, which is cool, but seems weird they wouldn't go with dragon... mega pinsir is confirmed as well flying/bug and gains an ability that turns all normal type attacks into flying type attacks, should be fun :)

Oh good grief, there will be a Mega Gyarados but it won't be a dragon type lol, unless perhaps there a 2 new forms like charizard X, fingers crossed :)

You don't have to choose between them, could try running a themed team with all fire type poke's especially since there's the torchic distribution. It can make the game a little more fun/challenging. And if you're getting X your charizard can swap back and forth from fire/flying to fire/dragon for more type coverage :)

This is a great pokemon especially with Swift Swim on a rain team since it makes it's base speed 110, can make for a fair special sweeper that'll also have monstrous defense, with the only draw back that it's best rock stab is ancient power, but it learns plenty of high water moves which are probably the best choice anyways if you're setting up rain.

I think it is the evolved form. I saw a leaked screen shot, of a grass ghost pokemon shaped like a stump with legs. Could be a total fake but it looked legit. Just 3 and a half more days! So excited.
