I just realized how low his Special Attack is. I'm getting rid of Flamethrower. Is it possible for Rhyperior to learn Ice Punch. I'm collecting star pieces, and don't know if Rhyperior can learn it. If so, would it be better to put it on her instead of Gallade?

I'm not a fan of stat based moves either, this would be the first time I've used one. I know the Raichu line has really low stats and I would hate to waste a turn setting up Nasty Plot. However, if I can survive the first attack, Raichu's speed could take it our easily with a ThunderBolt

I've been thinking about my movesets, and I'm not quite sure about it. Also, I am keeping my fifth slot open for Troupis, my HM slave and revive Pokemon; its a tank against lvl50s xD.

Empoleon- lvl54
Hardy Nature
Surf, Drill Peck, Grass Knot, Return
Nothing really that I want to change about Empoleon. He seems fine IMO.
Gallade - lvl 53
Lax Nature
Close Combat, Psycho Cut, Vacuum Wave, Leaf Blade.
Only thing I'm debating on is teaching it Ice Punch. However, I don't know what move to get rid of. I need an ice type move to assist in the battle against Cynthia.

Raichu - lvl53
Calm Nature
Iron Tail, Thunderbolt, Dig, Nasty Plot
I think everything is good with her, except I don't know if it is worth it to use Nasty Plot. I am debating replacing it with the move thunder.

Rhyperior - lvl 50
Relaxed Nature
Rock blast, Flamethrower, Earthquake, Hammer Arm
IMO, I think everything is fine with her too.

Vespiquen - lvl 50
Mild Nature
Heal Order, Attack order, Destiny Bond, Power Gem
Vespiquen is more of a last resort Pokemon. Although Vespiquen helps me take out flying types, I normally use Vespiquen to take something out with Destiny Bond.
That's about it. I'm planning on training all of them up to lvl 55. I'm open to any kind of move, even if I need to learn it through move tutors or TMs.

My best pokebro would have to be Mandibuzz. When I was grinding for the B2 E4, I needed a 6th pokemon. I thought you could find Ruffet in B2 but I was mistaken. I decided to use Mandibuzz, even though I didnt like her. Turns out, she helped me defeat the E4 and finish post game activities.

This is the 3rd time I'm making this post, because I constantly make alterations on my team before the E4, and try and make the right decisions. Between this post and the last, I've caught about 10 extra Pokemon and used about 15 in my box as viable canidates.
Also, Pokecharms is currently down, so I don't have sprites. Sorry!
Here's my team:
Meganium- lvl49
Quirky Nature
Body Slam, Synthesis, Magical Leaf, Petal Dance
Dewgong- lvl49
Bashful Nature
Dive, Sheer Cold, Ice Beam, Brine
Arcanine- lvl49
Mild Nature
Dragon Pulse, Ember, Fire Blase, Extreme Speed
Espeon- lvl41
Sassy Nature
Tackle, Quick Attack, Swift, Psybeam
Ampharos- lvl 32
Naughty Nature
Thunder Shock, Thunder Wave, ThunderPunch, Charge
Dodrio
Sassy Nature
Fury Attack, Pursuit, Uproar, Acupressure
I'm planing on taking all of them up to level 49 (I'm too lazy to go to 50). I was planning on using Reflect and Light Screen on someone, but since many of them can learn them:
Light Screen: Espeon, Meganium, Ampharos
Reflect: Espeon, Meganium
Other than that, leave suggestions below for move sets and items to be held.

I sorta want to keep Ambipom. Would I be ok if I replaced Meganium instead? I've never really felt attached the Meganium, and sorta dislike it a lot.

Meganium - lvl45
Quirky nature
Frenzy Plant
Synthesis
Magical Leaf
Petal Dance
I picked Meganium because I wanted to challenge myself xD

Arcanine - lvl45
Mild Nature
Dragon Pulse
Ember
Fire Blast (+1 PP)
ExtremeSpeed (+1 PP)

Dewgong - lvl45
Bashful Nature
Dive
Sheer Cold
Aqua Tail
Brine
I know Sheer Cold is a bad move, but I'm keeping it because it might be handy as a Last Resort

Dragonair - lvl42
Careful Nature
Thunder Wave
Twister
Dragon Rage
Dragon Rush
Should I keep him as a Dragonair? Or should I train up to a Dragonite?

Ambipom - lvl40
Fury Swipes
Swift
Double Hit
Payback
I know Ambipom isn't the best choice, but he is my favorite Pokemon, so I'm keeping him

Heracross - lvl32
Aerial Ace
Brick Break
Counter
Take Down
That's it, I'm planning on training all of them up to lvl45. Leave suggestiosn below!
