True, I was just looking at what he already had locked in. Either way though it does provide help for the Gym.

Haha I'm not sure. I wouldn't call it an obsession though. I just like the Pokemon and I like to give other people a challenge, and I would expect the same of other people on this forum when it comes to my scrambles, especially considering it is called the Pokemon 'Challenges' Forum. Also Beedrill gives him something good for Chuck, seeing as he doesn't have much help for that Gym.

Evolve the Graveler AFTER you beat the Flying Gym (just to make it a little tougher). As for your last one, how about a Macargo? I see you don't have a fire type yet so that should help.

Use a Golem! If you don't have access to trade then still use a Graveler.

So I finally was able to find time to play! In this update I'll cover my Training, the catching of Ivy our Kadabra, and my Gym Battle against Misty!
Training went pretty well, I raised Zipster, Pyrrha and Mahariel up to Level 23 before I faced the Gym and caught Ivy at level 7. Nothing really important happened with training after that.
Cathcing Ivy was a PAIN. I tried to use Clefairy's Sing a couple of times against the first 2 Abra's but it missed both times. After about a total of at least 50 encounters, I caught Ivy without using a status condition first.
Much like the first Gym Battle, this one had quite a bit of drama too. I was swith training Ivy all through the Gym and decided that because I was so oveleveled I could do it against Misty too. So taking out her Staryu wasn't a problem, but I did lose Caterpie because I was trying for a safer switch. Then I took out her Staryu with Mahariel, but it was in red health when I was done. So I did the same against Starmie, only this time I switched to Bulbasaur first and got off a clutch Leech Seed. Zipster left Starmie in low Yellow health, but got taken out by a critical hit Bubblebeam. Mahariel was outsped so it couldn't take out Starmie. So now it's all down to Pyrrha. My first 2 Mega Punches miss! At this point I'm at 19 HP after another Bubblebeam, and I use Mega Punch... and hit!!! I take out Starmie and earn the Cascadebadge! Fun fight and now I've got a new badge.
Here's my current team after some post-Gym training, hopefully I can play more tonight!

Hey,
So I've been super busy lately so I wont have any more updates for a little bit, maybe I will for tomorow but most likely not. Right now I'm on Route 25 and caught Mahariel the Venonat! He's coming along pretty well, but it'll take me a little bit to train him up and take on Misty. I'll have an update out as soon as possible but I can't promise anything soon.
