Pokémon: BW Adventures in Unova Anime Season Starts Feb 2nd!

While it's been a bit of a slow news week on the Pokémon X and Y front and with several of the larger Trading Card Game and Video Game tournaments winding down this month, it's the Pokémon Anime's turn to get an update! The Pokémon Anime is now entering its newest season, BW Adventures in Unova, starting this Saturday at 8:30am (7:30am Central Time) on Cartoon Network.

On top of that, there's a Pokémon marathon taking place Sunday, February 3rd on Cartoon Network, with several exciting episodes from the previous season, BW Rival Destinies, as well as a showing of the latest Pokémon movie, Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice. Finally, at the tail end of the marathon, Saturday's episode from BW Adventures in Unova will be shown once again. This marathon begins at 11:00am (10:00am Central Time) and will go on for four hours.

On another note, the Keldeo distribution mentioned in a previous update is now live, so if you haven't picked up Keldeo already over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection on Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2, now would be a great time to do so! The event lasts until February 12th and is available in all international regions.

    i cant get to watch the new series on my sky box in England so why is that can anyone tell me ?

    Wow, first Ash loses the Unova league and meets N, along with Team Plasma...pretty interesting. Oh course there's a good side to Ash losing this league too, because we not only see N and the battle between Team Plasma; but once the battle is on, he'll be heading to another region, the one that's inhabited by the Pokemon from x and Y. Pack your bags, we're going to a new region with a new adventure, new Pokemon, but hopefully he won't change traveling partners. I actually favor Iris and Cilan over Ash's other traveling companions...I don't have anything against them, I just love how Iris calls everyone a kid and Cilan giving everyone a headache from his evaluations (laugh.)

    Eeeeek, finally, after another lose a region league (again,) Ash is going to meet up with N...the formerly handsome prince of Team Plasma. I couldn't care less about Ghetsis, Colress, or the other Team Plasma weirdo's...as long as N is in the next series of Black and White, I'm satisfied none the less. Oh well, one great thing that comes out of Ash losing another league, is starting a new anime that consists of visiting a new region. I don't think Ash should change his traveling companions, Iris and Cilan are by far my favorite, no offense to the others who traveled with him. If he does go to this new region which has Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie as starters, I think Ash should catch a Fennekin...especially if the Fire-type fox was a female and had the same affectionate feelings that Bayleef has for Ash. Just my opinion, anyway, can't wait for the Pokemon N Arc.
