Posted 2/27/2013 2:17:55 PMOnce you've gotten at least five badges, as well as HM03 and HM04, Surf to the Seafoam Islands east of Cinnabar. You can also reach their by Surfing south from Fuchsia, but you need to take the west entrance in order to open the way to Articuno. The currents are in the lowest levels of the island flow too quickly to be able to Surf on them, so you'll need to use Strength to push the boulders you'll fall into the adjacent holes. Once the current is blocked, you'll be able to reach the slab of land were Articuno rest. It is at level 50, so be prepared. This is the location in fire red...
