Honestly, i have one of these on my W2 team just for ****s and giggles and its amazing to see my friends faces when i send out a lvl 100 magikarp with a focus sash, full speed EVs and flail their entire teams.

still, since you can only have 252(255?) EVS on each stat, Speed + Attack + Flail + Focus Sash = PWNAGE.
