Mega Kangaskhan

Mega Kangaskhan

Mega Kangaskhan is the Mega Evolution of Kangaskhan, introduced in Pokémon X & Y. It Mega Evolves through the use of a currently unrevealed Mega Stone.

One of the main changes of Mega Kangaskhan as opposed to its usual form is the participating of its baby in battle, who is no longer in its mother's pouch and fights alongside her in battle (though they are treated as a single Pokémon). This is represented by Mega Kangaskhan's new ability, Parental Bond, which allows Mega Kangaskhan to use two moves in a single turn.

It was first shown during the Opening Ceremonies of the 2013 Pokémon World Championships on August 10th. Curiously, it was not shown during the Closing Ceremonies along with the other Mega Evolutions.

Cool! Mega Kangaskhan, and two moves in one turn!

I love the mega kangaskhan, but do you think parental bond mean the attack hits twice, or you can use two different attacks in one turn?

Maybe the baby goes first, then the adult?

that always got me is how can a kaghaskahn breed with its child in its pouch while doing u know what and when the egg hatches its a mother eggception

  • #7 coolsodapop12

I think it's supposed to represent a mother letting it's child be free.:butterfree:

I can see this thing just annihilate in competitive battling. First turn: Fake Out, Subsitute... Free Sub!

  • #9 Slyveon123

Well how about moves like hyper beam and giga impact that takes a turn to recharge. Would it mean that you could use 2 hyper beams?

  • #11 firemaster1084

2 moves in one turn... KILLER!!!!! Use superpower and it will kill!!! I think that the baby does 0.5 the amount of damage the parent does though,...

Think of an adamant Mega Kangaskhan with Max Attack EVs and IVs with outrage =P

  • #16 Sukrotic

No outrage... It is to predictable without enough daMage on kangaskhan. Return would be better

    -substitute

    -return

    -sucker punch

    -power up punch

Tell me if you like... I think its a decent bulky sweep maybe swap power up punch for drain punch if you want heals but i suppose you could baton pass some serious extra defense.
